The 51st Annual UC AMP Conference

On behalf of the UC AMP Conference Steering Committee, we are pleased to extend a personal invitation to all UC Business Officers to attend the 2019 UC AMP Conference.  This year we are celebrating 51 years of collaboration.

The theme for this year’s conference is “The Changing Face of the UC System”.

This year, the registration fee will be $395.  Registration for the conference is on a first-come, first served basis so be sure to register early!  If the allocated registration slots at your campus fill up before you can register, be sure to contact your local UC AMP steering committee members to get on their waiting list.

The Hotel reservations will be $149 per night for the dates of the conference and for two nights before and one night after the conference.  At the end of the registration process, you will be provided a link to the room block.  The link is also found in the registration confirmation email you will receive.  It is a good idea to book your room early.

Please complete this form to receive information on how to register and reserve your room. If the allocated registration slots for UC Santa Cruz fill up before you can register, you will be placed on a waiting list and you will be granted access to the conference registration as slots become available.

When registering online, you will be asked to provide a recharge account number for your registration fee that consists of an account number, activity, fund and function. The conference registration deadline is March 22, 2019.  This fee is non-refundable after March 29, 2019.   If you find you are unable to attend after the refund deadline, please contact Grace Caslavka (gcaslavk@ucsc.edu) to inquire if someone on the waiting list could take your place, and if arrangements could be made between the two units for reimbursement of fees. 

Please take note this year’s campus tour will be held on Sunday April 28^th, rather than on Monday as in previous years.  The committee has arranged for buses to pick up attendees, who have registered for the tour, at 12:00 pm on Sunday at the hotel and return back to the hotel by 5:15 pm.
