Frank Widman's workshop will be based on the writings and research of Daniel Goleman.

"Leaders who get the best results tend to show more strengths in key competencies (self-awareness, self-management, and empathy) in emotional intelligence.

Emotional Intelligence has to do with one's ability to both recognize and control emotions, while leveraging appropriately as situations dictate. Being able to foster a safe environment, a leader's emotional intelligence can have far-reaching influence over their relationships, how they manager their teams, and how they interact in the workplace."
